So, inspired by Harriett, here are four things that you might not know about me.
1. My Nan cuts my hair! She was a hairdresser in the fifties and the sixties. My hair is just a straight cut and I've styled it vintage for about four years now.
This is a picture of my Nan and my Uncle Eamon in the early sixties.
2. I am single and have been since the 'man ban' of 2010 due to my awful taste! I have been very well behaved and stuck to the ban....mostly!
3.I study literature and writing at university. I don't have a favorite book. I think I can narrow it down to around ten in no particular order. Sometimes I say 'Dracula' in social situations; but its not.
4. I have big ol' feet! Sometimes Harriett puts her size two (yes you heard right, SIZE TWO) feet in my shoes and pokes fun at me!I couldn't find a picture of some big vintage feet but I sure as hell love this picture!

Actually Harriett, my second younger sister also hates crabs with a passion. She thinks their horrid and creepy too, but she only discovered that when she went crab hunting third younger sister {there are four of us!}. So here's Ali running away from the crabs with the flashlight, the light which they are following; and Jay running after both Ali and the crabs trying to catch some! > U <
Ooo, long comment but anyway my four things:
1. I hate wasps ~ they creep me out. *shudder*
2. I do not like doing dishes at all. I would rather do any household chore than the dishes and as a consequence my kitchen sink overflows with dirty dishes far too often!
3. I used to wear nothing but pants/jeans/trousers and now I wear hardly anything but skirts and dresses. Yay!
4. I love cars; but not just the vintage kind ~ I am a fan of a fast car and am one day hoping to own a Mitsubishi Evo 10.

I thought I join in with my personal four things:
1. I´m going to have a huge vintage wedding in Sicily this year with my long term London born, sicilian blooded sweetheart.
2. I sew my own clothes with old fabrics I find on flea markets, ebay or get from other people. I use vintage patterns from the 1930s to 1950s.
3. I just got my degree in art teaching.
4. For the last five years I´ve been living between a little town in the South of Germany and London and I really love the contrast of it!

2. I've been inactively collecting paper dolls since a small girl.
3. I'm really picky about food, very suspicious of new things and reluctant to try them out.
4. I've been daiting my boyfriend for almost seven years, and we've lived together 2 and a half years, but I feel too young to to get married.
